Job Summary
Identifying and closing good-fit prospects, the full-time Mid-Market Account Executive will manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads while collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and support business growth remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Position the value of HubSpot's software to medium-sized businesses and guide prospects through the buyer's journey
- Identify and engage with potential buyers, qualifying their business goals to assess HubSpot's strategic fit
- Close business with new and existing customers, achieving quota levels and partnering with marketing and technology departments
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience
- Proven track record in prospecting and closing net new business with a strong hunter mentality
- Experience in cross-selling and up-selling to current customers
- Ability to utilize multi-approach outbound methods to generate new business
- Demonstrated success as a top producer in previous roles
