Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, the full-time Mid-Market Account Executive will drive growth by selling employee engagement solutions, engaging with HR leaders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Engage with HR leaders to establish Workvivo as a strategic partner
- Develop and implement territory plans to enhance pipeline growth and account expansion
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on employee engagement solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior HR decision-makers
- Experience managing complex sales cycles lasting 3-6+ months
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communication
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 500-2500 employees
