Job Summary

Driving net-new revenue within strategic Large Corporate accounts, the full-time Mid-Market Account Executive will own a defined territory, build a pipeline, and close complex deals while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a proactive outbound strategy to generate opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct deep discovery and qualification to identify high-confidence deals using frameworks like MEDDPICC
  • Deliver tailored narratives and live demos that connect Elastic's capabilities to measurable business outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven SaaS sales success in closing complex Large Corporate/Enterprise deals
  • Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks for disciplined pipeline management
  • Strong track record of delivering executive-level presentations and securing multi-year contracts
  • Technical fluency in cloud economics, observability, and security topics
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to incorporate feedback and work effectively with internal teams
