Job Summary
Driving net-new revenue within strategic Large Corporate accounts, the full-time Mid-Market Account Executive will own a defined territory, develop a pipeline through proactive outreach, and close complex deals in a consumption-based model while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence to generate at least 50% of booked opportunities
- Utilize frameworks like MEDDPICC for deep discovery and qualification of high-confidence deals
- Craft and deliver tailored narratives and demos that align Elastic's capabilities with business outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of proven SaaS quota-carrying success in closing complex Large Corporate/Enterprise deals
- Expertise in applying discovery and qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC
- Strong track record of delivering executive-level presentations and securing high-ACV contracts
- Technical fluency in cloud economics, observability, and security analytics
- Collaborative mindset with a genuine appreciation for open-source communities
