Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive revenue growth and build long-term partnerships with mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance customer adoption and retention, while conducting regular account health reviews
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and CRM data to support effective sales management
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong computer skills, with familiarity in tools like Gong, Slack, Salesforce, and SalesLoft
- Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and exceed sales targets
- Experience working with Mid-Market customers and understanding their unique challenges
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong appetite for continuous learning
