Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive revenue growth and build long-term partnerships with mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention targets through strategic account management
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance customer adoption and retention, while conducting regular account health reviews
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and CRM data to support effective sales management
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Strong computer skills, with familiarity in tools like Gong, Slack, Salesforce, and SalesLoft
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and exceed sales targets
  • Experience working with Mid-Market customers and understanding their unique challenges
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong appetite for continuous learning
