Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and increased product adoption
  • Lead commercial conversations with existing customers around contract renewals, expansions, and upgrades
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and C-suite executives
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management or a strategic sales role
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizes ($25K+ ACV)
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • A continuous growth mindset, with a focus on learning and embracing challenges
