Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and increased product adoption
- Lead commercial conversations with existing customers around contract renewals, expansions, and upgrades
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including directors and C-suite executives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS account management or a strategic sales role
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizes ($25K+ ACV)
- Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- A continuous growth mindset, with a focus on learning and embracing challenges
