Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to join its Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers, focusing on retention, renewal, and expansion revenue
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align on customer outcomes and drive renewals and growth
  • Conduct independent discovery, demos, and solution discussions while developing and executing account plans
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with at least 2 years managing mid-market accounts
  • Proven track record of driving retention, renewals, and expansion revenue
  • Strong capability in leading consultative conversations and demos independently
  • Technical fluency with SaaS products and proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Strong business acumen and a curiosity about AI to help customers achieve their goals
