Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase net dollar retention through upsells, cross sells, and strong relationship management
• Lead client contract renewals to expand Annual Recurring Revenue
• Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree (preferably in business or a related field)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing medium-large enterprises
• Experience managing and closing $50k+ deals
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Outgoing and personable nature with a sales-driven attitude
