Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 40-60 mid-sized accounts, focusing on account health and growth potential
  • Conduct consultative upselling and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders
  • Forecast renewal cycles and manage the negotiation process for account renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management with Mid-Market accounts
  • Proven track record of maintaining a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 100%+
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products quickly
  • Experience with tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Salesforce for data analysis
