Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 40-60 mid-sized accounts, focusing on account health and growth potential
- Conduct consultative upselling and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders
- Forecast renewal cycles and manage the negotiation process for account renewals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Account Management with Mid-Market accounts
- Proven track record of maintaining a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) of 100%+
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder sales environments
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products quickly
- Experience with tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Salesforce for data analysis
