Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive new software bookings from within its existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary sales contact for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, building relationships and understanding their needs
  • Identify and close opportunities for upselling products and solutions within existing accounts to exceed expansion quotas
  • Conduct strategic meetings to surface growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing ROI
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, with at least 1 year focused on Account Management
  • Experience handling complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive environments
  • Skilled in self-sourcing leads and utilizing sales tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred, though not required
