Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Mid-Market).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure successful usage of company products
- Develop an account retention strategy to achieve a 90+% renewal rate
- Upsell products and services to existing customers while overachieving on renewal revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience carrying an individual revenue quota in technology sales
- Business-to-business quota carrying sales experience
- 2+ years of Sales Development experience in technology sales
- Bachelor's degree preferred
