Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure successful usage of company products
  • Develop an account retention strategy to achieve a 90+% renewal rate
  • Upsell products and services to existing customers while overachieving on renewal revenue targets
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience carrying an individual revenue quota in technology sales
  • Business-to-business quota carrying sales experience
  • 2+ years of Sales Development experience in technology sales
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
