Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid Market Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of 175 Strategic Food & Beverage Sellers
  • Grow account-based revenue through use-case expansion and customized onboarding experiences
  • Serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with Product Teams and conduct quarterly business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Experience managing, retaining, and growing a book of business
  • Consistent over-performance on key sales or customer success metrics
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects with internal teams
  • Contract and/or pricing negotiations experience with senior stakeholders
