Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of mid-market clients, the full-time Mid-Market Account Manager will cultivate existing accounts and collaborate with sales to drive customer growth, retention, and satisfaction in a primarily remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Implement account strategy and revenue forecasting to enhance customer retention and growth
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and represent the Customer Success team in meetings
- Generate new opportunities and secure contract renewals within assigned accounts
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven success in customer retention and revenue generation through upselling
- Experience in the alarm, video, and/or managed network space preferred
- Comfortable using CRM tools and technology platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred
