Job Summary
Managing a book of 50 Strategic Food & Beverage Sellers, the full-time Mid-Market Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth through customized onboarding, cross-selling opportunities, and serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with Product Teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Grow account-based revenue by identifying use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, ensuring their goals are met through tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing and provide exceptional client service to resolve seller issues effectively
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business valued between $5M and $20M
- Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
- Strong technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
- Preferred experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage technology sector
