Job Summary

Managing a book of 50 Strategic Food & Beverage Sellers, the full-time Mid-Market Account Manager will drive account-based revenue growth through customized onboarding, cross-selling opportunities, and serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with Product Teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow account-based revenue by identifying use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as a consultant to high-value restaurant sellers, ensuring their goals are met through tailored solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and provide exceptional client service to resolve seller issues effectively
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant Account Management experience
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business valued between $5M and $20M
  • Experience with contract and pricing negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Strong technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering
  • Preferred experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage technology sector
