Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of mid-market accounts, the full-time Mid-Market Account Manager will drive expansion, adoption alignment, and long-term value realization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined territory of mid-market accounts, prioritizing based on expansion potential and strategic growth opportunities
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities, including additional users, new use cases, and enterprise upgrades
  • Act as the commercial quarterback, orchestrating resources across teams to ensure alignment and successful account outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success with revenue ownership
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business and driving expansion across multiple accounts
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve commercial outcomes
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations
