Job Summary
Owning a dedicated Mid-Market book of business, the full-time Mid-Market Account Manager will manage customer relationships, ensure renewals and upselling of products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client engagement, all while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Effectively manage a dedicated Mid-Market book of business and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions
- Act as a trusted advisor, leading product adoption efforts and ensuring customers maximize the value of Greenhouse
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify expansion and upsell opportunities while mitigating churn risks
Required qualifications
- Experience in a quota-carrying role, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Strong financial literacy and commercial acumen to drive profitable decisions
- Ability to adapt communication for different audiences and influence stakeholders
- Expertise in unpacking complex challenges into actionable solutions
- Proven skills in discovery, negotiation, and creative problem-solving
