Job Summary
Focused on growing revenue within existing client accounts, the full-time Mid Market Account Manager will engage with banking and financial services customers to identify expansion opportunities and deliver innovative solutions in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business advisor to C-level audiences, leveraging in-depth knowledge of technology and services
- Utilize strategic probing to design and propose tailored business solutions for clients
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve critical business objectives and drive upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in complex relationship selling
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology preferred
- Proven ability to accurately forecast future sales
- Experience in executing pipeline and bookings growth strategies
