Job Summary
Focusing on cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients, the full-time Mid-Market Client Partner will drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives while managing complex accounts remotely across the contiguous United States.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned Major Market accounts
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the book of business within existing accounts
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies that align solutions with their business objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
- Strong understanding of Major Market client needs and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
