Mid Market Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Account Team to achieve net retention goals through growth and save opportunities
• Build actionable account plans and deliver expert product insights
• Manage a rolling pipeline and act as a liaison for customer and prospect feedback

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of closing sales of >$50K ARR
• Experience selling into global organizations
• SaaS sales experience
• Ability to communicate at an executive level
• Experience selling marketing or creative software and a strong network in the content creation space
