Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager (West) who will be responsible for driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's software and articulate its value to customers
  • Build and grow executive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage the renewal process, drive deals to closure, and meet or exceed sales quotas

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of selling cybersecurity software with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience transacting with the channel and building relationships
  • Technical competency to understand the company's software and engage with technical customers
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and create effective presentations
  • Experience utilizing a value-selling framework throughout the sales process
