Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager (West) who will be responsible for driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's software and articulate its value to customers
- Build and grow executive relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage the renewal process, drive deals to closure, and meet or exceed sales quotas
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of selling cybersecurity software with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience transacting with the channel and building relationships
- Technical competency to understand the company's software and engage with technical customers
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and create effective presentations
- Experience utilizing a value-selling framework throughout the sales process
