Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts in the Northeast
  • Build partnership plans with districts to achieve their goals using Newsela
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the Newsela Customer Journey

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience managing accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in client success planning and client relationship building
  • Strong product knowledge and regional expertise
  • Experience owning renewals at an EdTech company
  • Gainsight and Salesforce (SFDC) experience is a plus
