Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing complex accounts and renewals
- Ability to prioritize accounts and manage time effectively
- Experience in a startup environment and willingness to contribute to team processes
