Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid Market Customer Success Manager to support customer onboarding, adoption, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding for mid-market and enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation and activation of core workflows
  • Drive adoption of Conveyor's core and new features across assigned accounts while identifying and mitigating churn risks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and effective communication


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer relationships
  • Proven ability to drive onboarding, product adoption, and customer retention
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
