Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager who will manage a portfolio of customers and drive their success from post-sale through renewal.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of Mid-Market customers, leading post-sale engagement and ensuring accountability for outcomes
- Drive successful rollout, training, and ongoing value realization across the customer base
- Manage renewals end-to-end, positioning the company's value and driving retention and expansion
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience managing various customer sizes across onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize work, and make sound decisions
- Strong interest and experience in using AI tools and automation to enhance workflows
- Data fluency and comfort using data to inform recommendations and actions
