Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of approximately 60 customers, the full-time remote Mid-Market Customer Success Manager will drive customer retention and expansion on the OnitX platform by serving as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor throughout the post-sale lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle for mid-market accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Develop expertise in OnitX to guide customers in achieving their legal operations goals
  • Monitor account health, identify at-risk customers, and implement proactive mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume account portfolio with minimal oversight
  • Experience working with complex stakeholder environments including Legal Ops and IT
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and customer success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
