Job Summary
Owning the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of mid-market accounts, the full-time Mid-Market Customer Success Manager will drive onboarding, platform adoption, and customer retention while working remotely and aligning with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships as the primary point of contact post-sale
- Drive successful onboarding and coordinate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success Associates
- Develop account plans to enhance platform adoption and monitor account health to mitigate churn risk
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Data-driven approach to account management using health metrics and business outcomes
- Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing a high-volume book of business
