Job Summary

Focused on building long-term client loyalty, the full-time Mid-Market Customer Success Manager will manage customer renewals, promote product adoption, and execute account expansions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the customer's renewal, usage, and adoption of Kenect product features
  • Identify and execute account expansions, feature upsells, and cross-sales
  • Deliver training sessions and monitor client usage to improve product adoption
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS or software company
  • Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of clients effectively
  • Experience in upselling and expanding a book of business
  • Results-driven mentality with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
