Job Summary
Focused on building long-term client loyalty, the full-time Mid-Market Customer Success Manager will manage customer renewals, promote product adoption, and execute account expansions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the customer's renewal, usage, and adoption of Kenect product features
- Identify and execute account expansions, feature upsells, and cross-sales
- Deliver training sessions and monitor client usage to improve product adoption
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS or software company
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of clients effectively
- Experience in upselling and expanding a book of business
- Results-driven mentality with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
