Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Mid-Market and Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a team of approximately 6 Account Executives targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Design and iterate the upmarket sales motion including outbound prospecting and multi-threaded discovery
  • Develop enterprise deal strategies and coach AEs through complex deal cycles
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing Account Executives in B2B SaaS, with experience in mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Experience in building or significantly evolving an upmarket sales motion
  • Proven track record of managing outbound pipeline generation and converting inbound demand
  • Strong operational instincts including pipeline math and data-driven coaching
  • Startup experience with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes independently
