Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market OEM/Reseller Partnerships Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new partners from signed agreement to first deal through structured onboarding and establish long-term relationships
  • Own revenue growth within partner portfolio by tracking trends and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Support partner AEs on active deals and collaborate cross-functionally to improve deal motion and enablement materials


Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years in channel partnerships, reseller management, or OEM business development in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue within an existing partner portfolio
  • Experience building multi-threaded relationships inside partner organizations
  • Solid grasp of reseller and OEM economics, including pricing and revenue-sharing structures
  • Disciplined follow-through in managing a portfolio of relationships
