Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewals Representative - Mid Market Segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to achieve renewal and expansion sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, identifying renewal risks and coordinating mitigation efforts
- Manage the end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in renewal account management or sales roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of the Renewals sales cycle and buyer personas
- Experience in selling through channel partners in a team-selling environment
