Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Representative - Mid Market Segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to achieve renewal and expansion sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, identifying renewal risks and coordinating mitigation efforts
  • Manage the end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
  • 1-3+ years of experience in renewal account management or sales roles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other relevant software
  • Strong understanding of the Renewals sales cycle and buyer personas
  • Experience in selling through channel partners in a team-selling environment
