Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Managers/Executives to achieve renewal and expansion sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, aligning their business needs with solutions
- Manage the end-to-end renewals process and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in renewal account management or sales roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools and additional software like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Strong understanding of the renewals sales cycle and buyer decision-making processes
- Experience in selling through channel partners and a team-selling environment
