Job Summary
Driving growth within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical, the full-time remote Mid-Market Sales Director will manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation, develop account strategies, and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key responsibilities
- Head the complete sales cycle, collaborating with clients and solutions consultants to close deals across all product lines
- Continuously drive pipeline growth and manage its stages while articulating the value of solutions with quantifiable ROI
- Serve as a catalyst for change by refining and implementing improvements in existing sales strategies
Required qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an individual contributor role selling technology/SaaS
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales goals and successfully prospecting new clients at senior levels
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience negotiating and renewing strategic partnerships with high revenue impact
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives
