Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Executive in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers in the LATAM region through various sales strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification and contract execution
- Expand brand awareness and build relationships with key decision-makers to drive market growth
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or background screening services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English; trilingual in Portuguese is a plus
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a high-volume sales environment
- Strong understanding of the LATAM business landscape and HR practices related to background screening
