Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager (West) to drive revenue growth across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives through the full sales cycle in the Mid-Market segment
  • Own a personal revenue target by managing a Mid-Market portfolio within an assigned territory
  • Build long-term relationships with brokers and coordinate market events to enhance brand presence
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships with a focus on Mid-Market healthcare deals
  • Previous leadership experience with a desire to coach a team in a high-growth environment
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales, from lead generation to contract negotiation
  • High motivation and resilience in a strategic and practical role
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HubSpot CRM
