Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to achieve high-value deal closures
  • Drive deal strategy and execution throughout complex sales cycles, ensuring effective pipeline management
  • Build a strategic selling culture and manage multi-stakeholder relationships to facilitate deal progression


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of management experience with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-threaded 6-figure deals
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, particularly MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, with experience coaching teams
  • Fluency in strategic deal management and executive alignment
  • Experience in coaching and talent development for sales teams
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and de-escalate conflicts effectively
