A company is looking for a Mid Market Sales Manager in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a sales team to achieve productivity metrics and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute an account strategy for the region, fostering collaboration and strong customer relationships
  • Forecast revenue and build strategic relationships with channel partners and customers
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales quotas
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business acquisition
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales with significant transaction values
  • Ability to establish relationships with executive-level partners and customers
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies is a plus
