Job Summary

Leading a team of high-performing Account Executives, the full-time Mid-Market Sales Manager will drive new logo acquisition, manage pipeline generation, and ensure sales execution in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and develop Mid-Market AEs through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching
  • Lead a high-activity outbound sales strategy to generate pipeline and manage key activity metrics
  • Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive success
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on leading quota-carrying sales teams
  • Proven success in managing outbound-focused, new business sales organizations
  • Strong coaching and people development skills, with a passion for helping sellers grow
  • Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
