Job Summary

Leading a team of high-performing Account Executives, the full-time Mid-Market Sales Manager will drive new logo acquisition, manage pipeline generation, and enhance outbound sales culture in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and develop team members through regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, and call coaching
  • Lead high-activity outbound sales efforts to generate pipeline and manage key activity metrics
  • Own pipeline health and accuracy, leading forecast calls and collaborating with cross-functional teams on pipeline generation
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership of quota-carrying sales teams
  • Proven success in managing outbound-focused, new business sales organizations
  • Strong coaching and people development skills with a passion for helping sellers grow
  • Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
