Job Summary

Leading a team of Mid-Market sellers, the full-time Manager of Account Executives will develop customized sales strategies, mentor team members, and collaborate with internal partners to enhance customer satisfaction while managing a portfolio of mid-sized customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Mid-Market segment
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and team leadership
  • Experience in value-driven and solution-oriented sales cycles
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
  • Motivated to challenge traditional sales models and optimize processes
