Job Summary
Leading a team of Mid-Market sellers, the full-time Manager, Account Executives, Mid-Market East will develop customized sales strategies, implement strategic sales plans, and mentor team members to achieve revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market sellers, developing customized sales strategies for the East Market
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Executives while setting performance goals and monitoring progress
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales and 3+ years of management experience
- Strong track record of success in sales leadership
- Experience in consultative selling and value-driven sales cycles
- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Motivated to coach and mentor sales professionals
