Job Summary
Leading a team of high-performing Account Executives, the full-time Mid-Market Sales Manager will drive new logo acquisition, manage pipeline generation, and ensure sales execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop Mid-Market Account Executives through regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews
- Implement and manage outbound sales strategies to generate pipeline and achieve activity metrics
- Oversee pipeline health and forecast accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership of quota-carrying sales teams
- Proven success in managing outbound-focused sales organizations
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
