Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of Account Executives, the full-time Mid-Market Sales Manager will drive new logo acquisition, manage team quota attainment, and foster a culture of outbound sales excellence in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop Mid-Market AEs through regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Implement and manage outbound sales strategies to generate pipeline and achieve key activity metrics
- Oversee pipeline health and forecast accuracy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sales success
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership of quota-carrying sales teams
- Proven success in managing outbound-focused sales organizations
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
