Job Summary
Leading a team of account executives, the full-time Manager, Mid-Market Sales will coach and develop sales representatives to convert prospects into paying customers for Spend & Expense and Accounts Payable products, while promoting operational excellence and strategic direction in a remote-eligible role.
Key responsibilities
- Build and mentor a high-performing Mid-Market sales team to drive sales revenue
- Collaborate with the sales operations team to create a metrics-driven sales process through innovation and optimization
- Provide data-based updates to leadership on team performance and quota attainment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience as a sales manager or team lead in high velocity / low cost business solutions, preferably in SaaS
- Proven sales management track record in hiring, training, and motivating a sales team
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and other sales technologies
- Strong leadership and management skills, including communication and collaboration
