Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market sellers, developing customized sales strategies for the West Market
  • Set performance goals and metrics for the sales team while monitoring their progress towards achieving targets
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales with 3+ years in a management role
  • Strong track record of success in sales management
  • Experience in consultative selling with a focus on value-driven and solution-oriented sales cycles
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Motivated to coach, enable, and mentor sales professionals
