Job Summary
Leading a team of Mid-Market sellers, the full-time Manager, Account Executives will develop customized sales strategies, implement strategic sales plans, and provide mentorship while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market sellers, developing customized sales strategies for the West Market
- Set performance goals and metrics for the sales team while monitoring their progress towards achieving targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales with 3+ years in a management role
- Strong track record of success in sales management
- Experience in consultative selling with a focus on value-driven and solution-oriented sales cycles
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Motivated to coach, enable, and mentor sales professionals
