Job Summary
Leading a team of Mid-Market sellers, the full-time Mid-Market Sales Manager will develop customized sales strategies, nurture customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets while working in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Mid-Market segment
- Provide mentorship and coaching to the sales team, helping them achieve their targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven track record of success in sales and team leadership
