Job Summary
Working full-time in a remote or hybrid environment, the Mid-Market Solutions Engineer will engage with mid-market customers to identify business challenges, provide tailored solutions using Atlassian products, and support the sales cycle by demonstrating product value and fostering strong partnerships with sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams on Mid-Market Accounts to understand customer profiles and optimize solutions
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to identify pain points and map solutions to Atlassian products
- Lead value-based demonstrations and guide customers through their technical needs in the sales process
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with mid-market customers
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Creative problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Comfortable in both business and technical discussions, engaging with executives and technical teams
- Proven track record of building executive relationships and collaborating across teams
