Mid-Market Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time Mid-Market Solutions Engineer will provide tailored demos and technical guidance to support mid-market deals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery to align advisors' workflows with Wealthbox's capabilities
• Deliver custom demos that emphasize value and impact on daily operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay advisor feedback and ensure smooth deal transitions to onboarding

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years in solutions/sales engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably in SaaS
• Strong coachability and active-listening skills with a foundation in value and consultative selling
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle technical objections confidently
• Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously with a learning mindset
• Familiarity with CRMs, WealthTech, or FinTech is a plus
