Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid Project Manager/Scrum Master (VA) with experience in managing software development projects and implementing Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare lean business cases, feature canvases, specifications, and performance dashboards
Guide transition to SAFe methodology for Integrated Health Practice solutions
Act as scrum master on Agile Release Train (ART) and define metrics for ART performance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of Scrum Master experience, including certification
Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as SAFe
5+ years of IT project management experience
Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
