Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid - Senior Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in LLM application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of an in-house LLM powered chatbot for internal employee experience
• Deliver high-impact, scalable LLM solutions while defining best practices for AI-driven development
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for system improvements and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go)
• Experience with automated testing, including unit testing and test-driven development (TDD)
• Hands-on experience working in Agile teams and iterative delivery models
• Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative development environments
