Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Agency Quoting applications and tools in the production environment
• Implement system enhancements, maintain quality, and support business initiatives
• Participate in on-call support rotation and address system issues and outages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field and two years of related work experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with a technical training program and two years of related work experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with four years of related work experience in software design and support
